Under the consumer protection distant selling regulations,you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receipt of the goods.However you must notify us in advance by Email or letter within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

It is required that you return the goods in the condition that they were received ,with the appropriate  packaging by a trackable delivery method at your own cost.Items returned that have been opened or used and that we deem to be unsellable will not be refunded and a charge will be made before  re-posting.

Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to resell earrings,whilst the distance selling regulations does not exclude earrings,we would ask,as a small family business that you take due care when purchasing earrings in order to minimise the risk of return.
